Pamela Susan Roth
Pamela S. Roth is a solo practitioner and has been in private practice on Court Street for the past fifteen years. She recently relocated her law office to 9118 Fifth Avenue, Brooklyn, New York, 11209. Her practice concentrates in the areas of Personal Injury; Premises Liability; Automobile Accidents; Civil Litigation; Civil Rights Violations and Criminal Defense. She is a graduate of Pace University School of Law in 1990. She also holds a Masters in Business Administration. Pamela is admitted to practice in State and Federal Courts of New York and Colorado, and also to the United States Supreme Court. Pamela is also a former Assistant District Attorney in the Kings County District Attorney’s Office from 1991-1993.
Pamela has handled many high profile cases involving criminal issues as well as false arrest and civil rights violations. Pamela has been an active member of the Brooklyn Woman’s Bar Association and has been a Vice presidents of the BWBA as well as a member of the Board of Directors, the Brooklyn Bar Association, the Kings County Criminal Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the New York State Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
